Children’s classes:
5:00pm - 5:45pm Children's Cadet class - 5 to 8 years of age
5:45pm – 6:30pm Children’s Junior class - 9 to 13 years of age

Tuesdays & Thursdays
Adults’ classes:
6:45pm - 7:45pm Adults' beginners class
7:45pm - 8:45pm Adults' advanced class


Classes will be on Tuesdays & Thursdays 46 weeks each year.  Of these, there is one night each month that classes are not held.  Please see the Academy News link for details.

 

Quality run classes
Our classes are not overcrowded, therefore a high level of coaching is maintained due to a limiting the number of students in classes to maximize effective coaching.  At present we have the following spaces:

·        Cadet’s class (5 to 7 years of age) 8 spaces

·        Junior’s class (8 to 12 years of age) 6 spaces

·        Adult beginner’s class (teenage plus, up to 5th grade) – 14 spaces

·        Adult advanced class (4th grade and over) – 5 spaces

 

 

Qualifications
In The Academy, we pride ourselves on an excellent level of tuition.  Master Ace is a certified Professional Trainer with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, and has been teaching regularly since June 1993.  If you only want cheap martial arts classes, you should look elsewhere.  However if you are after a safe and exciting environment in which you can reach black belt standard in only 24 months (12 months if you are on our Leadership Programme), please contact us.

 

Free Introductions
Yes, absolutely free one-to-one private Introductory sessions are available by appointment in the comfort of your own home.  We will discuss your requirements and see which of our Programmes best suits you or your child.  You'll then be taught some techniques which is always fun.  After that, it's up to you.  For anyone that is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must be present for the duration of the Introduction.
