Left hand
grasps right wrist.
1. Twist out, stab with own
elbow, wrist fold to take down.
2. R grabs L, force low, ì R step & push arm behind whilst L hand pulls necks
forward and down into L Knee rise.
3. Z-bend wrist lock.
4. Lever out, twist palm upward, L hand grasp back of
wrist, R hand extends fingers backwards.
5. ì R step, R grabs L (snake), L PHS to chin, L leg
sweeps, use R hand to control throw.
6. ì L step, R grabs L (snake), L EIS to head, L elbow
under L arm, hip throw.
Self Defence #3
Front
clothing grab with right hand
1. Thumb lock with right
hand.
2. Wrist fold against chest.
3. Neck throw.
Reaching under opponents elbow with right forearm, jam in against inside
elbow, reach up to chin, left hand to back of head, throw to check mate.
DO NOT TEACH THIS TECHNIQUE TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU ARE A QUALIFIED INSTRUCTOR.
4. Hip throw.
Left foot goes ì
as left Knife Hand strikes in elbow joint to bend more, Right foot swings to
position for hip throw, Right Hand HCB (in case) goes to lock neck.
5. Z-Bend.
6. Arm bar. Trap hand on jacket, R foot goes ë, L foot goes ì, sink to Horse Stance, forcing tricep on top of L
shoulder to submission.
