1. Arm bar down.
2. Arm bar under armpit.
3. Arm bar on shoulder, L hand grabs L sleeve.
4. Z-bend wrist lock.
5. Spinning wrist fold.
6. R grabs R, push elbow pressure point, ì step under arm, turn 1800 cw,
high wrist fold pulling wrist down behind opponents shoulder, pushing
elbow to aid.
