  • Referral Commissions:
Students who refer a new member into The Academy can earn themselves over £100 a year.  Ask the Instructor for some referral cards to help you.

Remember that the first person who can bring in three new members will win a set of three Japanese style swords.  At present, both Ken and Jarrell have each referred their friends, Ryan and Aashish.  Well done to both of you!

Courses

  • HIT (High Intensity Training) Course:
The HIT Course is a thorough revision of the syllabus.  It's purpose is to refine all of the techniques that you have learnt in order to get you up to grading standard for the Black Belt grading.  The people who would most benefit from this are those that have achieved red belt (2nd grade) and black stripe (1st grade), but it is not limited to them.  Should you want to take part in a HIT course to fine tune your syllabus up to your current grade, you're still welcome to attend.

  • Instructors Course:
The Instructor's Course at The Martin Ace Black Belt Academy is an in-depth training programme, the purpose of which is to teach Instructors the various methods of teaching and motivating students towards improvement.  This course takes about nine months of study, plus a 3-month probationary period which includes an evaluation of teaching 30 lessons.  It requires a lot of dedication and determination to succeed.

  • Certified Instructor Training Course:
Are you interested in running a satellite school of The Martin Ace Black Belt Academy? If so, the CIT course is for you. It includes the business education of running your own school, which covers such topics as recruiting new students, an understanding of the law, obligations and best practice concepts.
