Rez, Jarrell & George were examined on the traditional patterns of TaeKwonDo, 1-step sparring and 6 rounds of sparring to non-contact, semi-contact and full-contact regulation.  They all put up an outstanding show and are have achieved their 1st degree black belts in TaeKwonDo.

George and Jarrell showed great control in their sparring.  I wish I had started at their age; George is 10 years of age and Jarrell is 8.  What a wonderful achievement, especially at such a young age. 

Rez showed an excellent display in all of his techniques.  His incredible speed and flexibility was demonstrated in his 1-step sparring techniques and free sparring.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank both Michael Handakas and Eche Ginikanwa for their help in partnering with Rez for his self defence, 1-step sparring and free sparring.

To date, this now bring the total of black belts trained through Academy up to 36.
