Please remember that gradings start promptly at the following times:
- Cadet class 5:15pm
- Junior class 6:00pm
- Adults classes 7:00pm
All students are required to
do their own warm up before bowing in for the grading.
New times for
Adults’ classes from February 2010
From February 2010, both the Beginners and the Advanced classes are going to
be extended from 45 minutes to one hour.
So from February, the Adults classes will be as follows:
6:45pm to 7:45pm Beginners
class
7:45pm to 8:45pm Advanced
class
People on the Leadership
Programme will be doing their Leadership training (that is the character
development course, board breaking and weapons training), in the Beginners
class whilst the fitness/circuit training is taking place. This means that Leadership students will be
getting their additional training and won’t have to do fitness
training/circuit training in both classes of an evening. In Black Belt Programme and Leadership
Programme participants will get an extra half an hour of training in a normal
week.
Social events:

Shutdowns 2010:
Easter 1 week – Tuesday 11th May – Instead of
taking a week (i.e. 2 consecutive training days) just this one day which will leave a further day to be taken before the end of
2010.
Summer 2 weeks – 16th

Christmas 2 weeks – tba
